Meet Beccy

The Full Story.

I’m an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Ayurvedic massage therapist, and yoga teacher, dedicated to guiding those I work with back to balance through natural, holistic practices. My own journey - moving through my 50s, the challenges of menopause, and the exhaustion of burnout - led me to the transformative wisdom of Ayurveda.

I spent 30 years working in the Estates sector as a Project Manager, building a solid career in the corporate world. But over time, the pace, pressure, and constant demands began to take a toll. Exhaustion and burnout became impossible to ignore, and I realised something needed to change. Stepping away from that path, I chose to start fresh, turning toward wellness, healing, and the wisdom of Ayurveda. Now through Tranquil Roots Wellness, I can share the tools that supported my journey back to balance: simple, sustainable practices that nurture clarity, resilience, and grounded well-being.

What's it all about...

My approach to Ayurvedic wellness is grounded in personal experience and a deep respect for the wisdom of nature and the body. Rather than striving for perfection, I focus on making Ayurveda accessible and practical for modern life, offering gentle, sustainable guidance that naturally integrates into your daily routine while supporting deep, lasting transformation.

Ayurveda Wellness

Ayurveda isn’t about rigid routines or quick fixes - it’s about tuning into your own rhythms, understanding your unique constitution, and making small, consistent choices that support long-term balance and vitality. I believe wellness should feel nourishing, not overwhelming. That means letting go of the pressure to “get it right” all the time.

This could be as simple as adjusting your morning routine to support digestion, choosing meals that suit your unique constitution, or carving out small moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself - simple shifts that, over time, create meaningful change.

Life is dynamic, and so are we - some days flow with ease, others feel unsettled or out of rhythm. Instead of chasing an ideal, I encourage a grounded, compassionate approach: one where flexibility, honesty, and small steps forward are celebrated. This way, your wellness path becomes something you can actually live with - something that supports your real life, not just your ideal one.
