Charity Work
Charities I support

Alongside my work in wellness coaching and yoga teaching, I’ve always felt called to give back. Over the years, I’ve supported a range of causes - from running a half marathon for the MND Association, completing a parachute jump for Diabetes UK, and more recently volunteering work.

During a 10-month stay in India, I had the privilege of volunteering with Karma Animal Trust, a grassroots organisation doing incredible work for street animals. That experience left a lasting impact, and as part of my ongoing commitment to giving, I now donate 5% of all consultations to support their mission.
