Your Ayurvedic wellness coaching session

Your Ayurvedic wellness coaching session is a holistic and personalised journey that begins with a comprehensive consultation based on the detailed intake form you will complete prior to our meeting. This form is a foundational tool designed to give insight into your unique constitution, current state of balance, and the various factors influencing your well-being.

During our consultation, we will explore and discuss the information you've provided, including:

  • Current health concerns and symptoms, both physical and emotional

  • Medical and family health history, including any treatments or diagnoses

  • Daily routines, such as sleep, eating habits, and lifestyle rhythms

  • Work-life balance, hobbies, and sources of joy or stress

  • Diet and digestion, including food preferences, intolerances, and patterns

  • Movement and exercise routines

  • Relationships and emotional health, to understand your energetic dynamics

  • Mental health and stress management strategies​

  • Reproductive and menstrual health (if applicable)

  • Spiritual practices and connection (if applicable)

All of this information helps to create a full picture of your individual constitution (prakruti), current imbalances (vikruti), and the lifestyle patterns that may be affecting your health. Using this information, we will co-create a wellness plan that may include dietary recommendations, herbal supports, daily routines, sensory therapies, movement practices, and other lifestyle tools drawn from the ancient science of Ayurveda.

This session is ultimately about you: your story, your experiences, and your unique path to greater vitality, balance, and self-awareness.​
