At Tranquil Roots Wellness, I offer a gentle, grounded approach to holistic health through Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching. By blending the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga with the realities of modern life, I support people in reconnecting with themselves and creating meaningful, lasting shifts in their well-being.

Ayurveda, often referred to as the "science of life," is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing that originated in India. It focuses on finding balance within the body and mind through personalised diet, lifestyle practices, and herbal remedies. By understanding your unique constitution or "dosha," Ayurveda can help individuals make choices that promote health and well-being.
Finding balance in today’s fast-paced world isn’t always easy. I know that feeling well - when your mind is racing, your body feels off, and your inner spark seems to have dimmed. But I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way.
What makes this work different is that it’s not about ticking health boxes or following a rigid protocol. I focus on natural healing, self-awareness, and building practices that are truly sustainable, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal.
My own journey with Ayurveda began when I was searching for something more than quick fixes — something that could hold me through life’s transitions and guide me back to myself. The tools and insights I found have transformed my life, and now I share them with others who are ready for their version of that transformation.
Through personalised Ayurvedic consultations, I offer support with everything from nutrition and daily rhythms to stress, sleep, and emotional balance. It’s about going to the root of what’s out of sync and gently working from there, so you can feel more aligned, energised, and at home in yourself.
I also guide meditation sessions for those wanting to find a little more stillness in the noise. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it after a pause, this space is here to help you reconnect to your breath, your body, and your inner calm.
I also offer gentle, personalised 1:1 yoga sessions, tailored to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're looking to build strength, restore balance, reconnect with your breath, or simply move in a way that feels supportive and grounding for your body and mind.
